By placing an order on depura.store you accept these terms. Please read them before buying.

2. Products

Our products are beauty and personal-care accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Product descriptions describe how the item is used and how it feels, not medical outcomes. If you have a skin condition or any doubt, speak to a healthcare professional before use.

We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include no hidden fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud — in which case you are refunded in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the product you ordered in the condition described. Use the product as described in the instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The content of this store — texts, images and brand — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing here removes the consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
