FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does shipping take?

Your order is packed within 1–2 business days and arrives in 3–7 business days. Everything ships from our fulfilment centres in the United States with USPS, UPS, FedEx or UniUni, and every order includes tracking.

How much is shipping?

Free. No minimum spend, no shipping charge at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

What is it made of?

A contoured resin body with a wood-grain finish, and ultra-soft synthetic bristles with small rounded nubs. It is fully manual — no batteries, no cables, no replacement heads.

How do I use it?

Apply a few drops of facial oil or serum first, so the bristles glide instead of dragging on dry skin. Sweep from the centre of your face outward toward your ears, cheeks first, then forehead. Finish with light strokes from the jawline down to the collarbone. Two minutes is enough, morning or night.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

The bristles are ultra-fine and glide instead of tugging, so it suits all skin types, including sensitive skin. Use light pressure and stop if your skin feels irritated. If you have a skin condition or any doubt, ask a healthcare professional first. This is a beauty accessory, not a medical device.

How do I clean it?

Rinse the bristles under warm water, shake off the excess and let it air-dry with the bristles facing down. Do not soak the body or put it in the dishwasher.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, and returns are free. Email us with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions. For hygiene reasons items must be unused and in their original packaging — unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover everything.

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?

Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email first. If 15 business days pass without your order arriving, email us and we will resend it or refund you in full.

How do I contact you?

Email jesusdrive18@gmail.com and we will reply within 1–2 business days.
